I am obsessed with SPENGA SOUTHLAKE the best workout ever! I love all the instructors and staff! Mikki, Kelly, Hollie, Ashleigh and Macie! They always encourage me to give my best and it starts my day off right.
Absolutely love this place! Each and every person that works here is an absolute gem! It's an awesome workout & would highly recommend this to all! It's split in 3. 20 minute cycle/20 minute strength training, and 20 minute yoga at the end is a nice touch. Mikki & Ashleigh are wonderful instructors!!
To start, the classes are great, and Macie and Holly are AMAZING instructors. I truly enjoyed their classes. The facility is very clean and MOST of the staff is very welcoming. However, I had to cancel my membership due to my work schedule changing and I was no longer able to make any of the class times, especially since they changed their Sunday class schedule.
