I used ClassPass to sign up for a class, I arrived 2 minutes EARLY and they turned me away after I drive 40 minutes. They said it wouldn’t be enough time for me to learn how to use the bike. I go to cycle somewhat often but this was still too inconvenient for the front desk and the instructor. Not sure how 5 minutes of learning how to use the bike would change anyone else’s experience but oh well.
I love spenga and all the classes I have done! Each instructor is awesome and the workouts are great!

I am obsessed with SPENGA SOUTHLAKE the best workout ever! I love all the instructors and staff! Mikki, Kelly, Hollie, Ashleigh and Macie! They always encourage me to give my best and it starts my day off right.
