I love SPENGA! I joined a year ago and since then have lost 25 pounds and have gotten stronger and more flexible. I have always exercised at least 5 times per week with cardio (walking, jogging, biking, swimming) but the spinning, strength, and yoga sessions have made a huge difference in my strength and flexibility. The instructors are all very positive, the location is clean and safe (lots of improvements over the years to this Soquel-Ocean shopping center), and there is a great sense of community. If you want an intense workout with great music and good vibes this place is it! Instructors are all so welcoming and engaging. Easy to schedule with flexible memberships which worked great for me as I am a traveler. Highly recommend!
I am only a month in, but this is a place where I truly feel that I could succeed. Being 45, I finally have realized what works for me as far as working out. 1. I have to have a very welcoming environment. Gabby was so amazing and welcoming when I did my trial, all my anxiety was put to rest immediately. 2. The workout needs to be fun and challenging. Im so grateful my husband and I started doing SPENGA! Great workouts, great people, easy to come back to and start building a healthy routine. We love it!
