This is the most amazing workout I've ever had! I love the facility, the structure of the workouts, and the staff is wonderful!

Writing this review not because of the location but because the owner of Spenga does deserve to be in business. As a customer with a concern I was not heard on top of it I was laughed at as I was not loud or disrespectful and confused to why I was not heard before the owner sounded like his mind was already made up. As an owner to not even hear out the customer is absurd.
Great class! Everyone here is so friendly, welcoming, and approachable. I love all of the coaches—they are motivating, supportive, and make every class enjoyable. I initially joined for a trial and ended up becoming a member because I enjoyed it so much. The classes are great, and the overall atmosphere is very positive. My only suggestion would be to offer more Rep classes. 😊 Highly recommend SPENGA Saginaw!
