I’ve been a member for 3 months. I love Spenga! I love the 3 different workouts. I love how clean the place is and I love “some“ instructors. I normally go either at 4:15pm or 5:30pm. Unfortunately the music choices are NOT as motivating as it should be and after the full Taylor Swift album playlist last night, I’m ready to cancel my membership.
