Staff is super welcoming and the classes are a lot of fun! This is the only gym I have been able to workout at consistently and see actual progress in over a decade!

SPENGA has single handedly changed my life for the better. I’ve been consistently working out with them for almost 8 months, and I’ve never found a more positive, supportive gym. Not only do the instructors become more like friends, but the atmosphere alone makes me want to come back. I’m almost 34 years old and this is the strongest and healthiest I’ve ever been in my life. For a person who is always scared to go to any gyms, it changes here. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. Always feels welcoming and wants to go back. Love how you get all cardio, strength training and yoga in one class - such a great combo. Aldo been working out here for a year now. I love it so much
