I joined Spenga a few months ago and came from another group fitness center and I just love it so much! It’s a great work out! The mixture of classes is great and I can’t say enough good things about the instructors ans the staff!

The SPENGA crew is a fun, fast-paced, high-energy workout that keeps me motivated never gets stagnant and helps me focus on getting my workout every day. Me vs. Me - no one else matters while still being encouraging and uplifting with plenty of modifications no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
Absolutely love this place! I’ve been going since this location opened. Staff is amazing, classes are awesome overall it’s clean and fun !
