As I slowly recover from chronic illness, Spenga and the incredible coaches there have helped me relearn and reclaim my strength, independence, and confidence! I would highly recommend classes and this gym for anyone at any fitness level. My mental and physical health have substantially improved as a direct result of not only my commitment to Spenga, but their commitment to me.

Love Spenga! A friend introduced me and I joined after my first class. I’ve tried a few different classes and they’re all great, but what sets Spenga apart is their signature Spenga class with 20/20/20 minutes of spin, strength, and yoga. The gym is immaculate— and the staff cleans the equipment when you’re done with your workout which is a nice touch. The instructors are great, particularly Britany and Olivia! Love the classes and the instructors here!! From day one everyone has been so welcoming and friendly. The instructors are very accommodating if you need something in the workout modified, whether due to injury or other reasons. They also encourage you to always do the best you can.
Started SPENGA nearly a year ago and I’m approaching my 100th class. I have never enjoyed working out so much! The format of the workouts are consistent but with enough variety to keep my interest. The instructors are awesome they motivate you and support you at the same time and the community is so supportive! It has changed the way I view exercise. Thank you SPENGA Marlborough!
