Absolutely amazing gym and community. Brittany and Olivia are my favorite instructors, always so supportive and encouraging but know how to push and motivate you. Always brings the good beats and good vibes. So happy I joined SPENGA about 2 years ago now.
I joined in July and I hadn't worked out in years now I'm going 5 times a week and can't wait until my next werk out. Spenga is AMAZING! From the crew to the workouts it's truly a great place!

I love the SPENGA classes!! It has everything you’re looking for in a workout. Plus it looks like the Peloton studio inside with the bikes. The instructors are awesome - especially Kellie and Sarah.
I started Spenga July 19,2025. At the time i was going to two other gyms but happened to see it advertised a lot on social media. i decided to try it out even though i already belonged to two places. BEST decision i ever made!! It is a fun, great community. I am seeing the results in my body i’ve been wanting for years!
