Super helpful/friendly staff, even at 5am! It’s not one of those gyms where you walk in and feel like an outsider who doesn’t know what to do. Your first time there they walk you through everything and answer all your questions. Great workout great instructors.
Love my workouts at SPENGA! I leave feeling energized, like I’ve pushed myself to the max, and stronger than the last class. I am use to CrossFit workouts and this definitely compares in terms of getting to muscle failure and strength building. I am thankful I found this beautiful space to workout at!
I REALLY enjoy it. Good atmosphere, great music and a real 1hr work out. Every instructor has a different style so you get to try different routines.

SPENGA fits spin bike cardio, strength training and yoga into one hour classes. I like the energy of a group class and appreciate the whole body workout you get each time.
