Spenga is such a perfect combination of cardio, strength, and stretching. It’s a complete judgement-free environment, which has kept me going! All the instructors are so kind and knowledgeable and I always feel amazing leaving each class.
I highly recommend it 100%. It’s an excellent place. From the moment I arrived, the service was amazing. Bella was very kind and attentive, which made me feel welcome right away. Then I joined my class, and the trainer Krista is simply wonderful—patient, motivating, and very professional. As it was my first time, I felt comfortable, safe, and well supported.
Great energy from the instructor! Really enjoyed the classes.
