good people but the classes werent for me and they use the planet fitness model where they make it as difficult as possible to cancel membership. would not recommend. *Edit* AND they charge you an additional month after you cancel. Stay away from memberships.
First time taking any work out class. I didn’t know what to expect. The staff is amazing they made sure I understood everything and made to feel comfortable
