The studio is clean, welcoming, and has a cool aesthetic! Just make sure to wear a sweater and a headband that covers your ears if you’re prone to getting a wind headache — it’s freezing!
The sweetest people! They showed me around and made sure I understood how to use the equipment prior to my first class.
I took a class that has the 3 parts to it: cycling, weights and stretching/ (don't know if that's called Pilates?). The workout is great overall if you're looking for a variety in one class and you can tune some exercises to your own needs, so in the moment, if an exercise is hard for you you're going to have to tweak it your way until the instructor becomes familiar with you and can give you alternatives, which is great. Joined my hubby as a guest and loved it. Courtney did a wonderful job walking me through the details. If we would not more too far away from this location I would consider a membership!
Spenga (Greenville) was quite fun, hard work…but fun nonetheless. When I walked in I was warmly greeted by three lovely ladies. I was shown to my personal locker, then I was shown the facilities. There were 3 different places for workouts: 1. Cycling—it was fun, I was told to do my best and listen to my body (sometimes we would kind stand while pedaling, I did try it…several times…but my knees were like, “no way, Jose”).
