Spenga is fantastic for all ages and levels of fitness. The instructors are all welcoming, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate modifications. 20 mins of cycling in the dark with awesome playlists followed by 20 minutes of alternating strength moves and then 20 min of yoga. The format is fantastic and keeps workouts from getting old. It’s up to you to determine how hard you want your workouts to be. Definitely take advantage of some free classes to check it out!

I was hooked after my first session! It’s always a great workout and different every time which keeps it fun. The instructors are helpful with their cues and pick music that keeps the energy high! I am very grateful I found Spenga- it’s been a game changer for me.
