Love the energy of the instructors and staff! Great music and a fun group. I am able to modify whenever needed to match my current fitness level. This has been a perfect way to get back at it!

SPENGA combines the best of everything. Cardio, strength training and yoga. Each bike ride and workout are different. I always leave feeling successful!!
