Great staff, great instructors, great community.
ALL instructors are VERY motivating and empowering during each session, which is really helpful. They’re also very aware of your form while doing strength and weight training, helping you with corrections when necessary, being discreet while they assist you. Spenga is for all ages. I’m 66 years old and keep up with the class, love getting modification suggestions when the activity encumbers my ability.

SPENGA Geneva is the best! From the moment the front door staff welcomes you (shout out to Becky), I felt immediately part of a family! Instructors will push you out of your comfort zone but at the same time offer any modifications needed. I love the specialty classes as well as the standard SPENGA. Don’t hesitate to give them a try!!
All the instructors here are great! They are super helpful and knowledgeable! I've been going for over a year and have had great results. ♥️
