I loved Spenga! Everyone was so nice and inviting! Kamal was very kind and customer focus! He catered to all of my needs, as I have many! 🤣 Jasmine was also fantastic! My workout session was great! I truly enjoyed my workout there, I’m considering joining as both of my beautiful nieces are members!!
I had my first class yesterday at SPENGA with Jazmin. She was awesome! She made me feel comfortable and helped me set up my bike, gave lots of pointers and encouragement. It was a tough 60 minutes but being in a class setting and her showing movements before hand definitely helped. After class she gave me my bike settings and asked questions about how i felt the class went. I booked through class pass and will definitely be coming back.
What a great place! The workout is no joke! They work you hard but try to make it exciting and fun too. Worth the time for sure!
Today was my first day, and I had a great experience! The staff was incredibly kind, and Tessa, the instructor, explained every step clearly and was very motivating. I absolutely loved it!
