Great instructors and a well-rounded workout, get cardio weights and stretching all in the same go
This review is a long time coming as I have been a member of Spenga since the FoCo studio opened in 10/20. I love this so much! From the full body workout, to the studio and the instructors, I’m blown away. I have been a long distance runner for 30 years running numerous long distance races including many marathons and half marathons. The instructors are perfect, but company policy is not. I had to cancell my membership because they will charge you $15 if you cancell youre reserved class, if youre on vacation and froze ur memebership they will charge you $15 month. Lastly i didnt notified all this when i sign up the membership. I had to find out hard way getting charged for all this and comany wont even care
