I went in and did the free session with a friend and I loved it. I thought it was so great that I immediately bought an unlimited membership ($169/mo). About a week later, all classes were canceled with zero communication to the customers. A handful of us moved locations. I called the studio, left messages, emailed, and even contacted corporate. I couldn't get my membership canceled. I had to have my bank issue a new card before another charge hit. If this ever opens back up, I will 100000% not ne returning. Spenga is great.... read more

Location was dealing with sound and video technical difficulties, but the owner showed no urgency in getting the problem resolved. Now, the location is closed due to the owner not paying rent and the members are still being charged for their memberships. It's a shame because the team (except the owner) are all friendly, welcoming, and professional.

Me and my fiancé have been going to this location frequently this spring. I have enjoyed the workout classes and community until recently. My fiancé won a monthly spin challenge and was never awarded the prize for the accomplishment. What’s the point in advertising a “challenge with a prize” without following through with the reward. This was the owners choice despite the other nearby locations following through with the challenge’s reward. Additionally, the owner of this location does not treat her employees with respect.
