SPENGA southend is the best workout I’ve ever done! The hour flew by. Can’t wait to go back.
I really enjoyed the class it was fun. It was my first time and I didnt feel out of place. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I will definitely go back. So much was accomplished in the hour workout
