Spenga is AMAZING! The workout gives you everything you need & more. The coaches always say, “you do you.” If you need a variation to an exercise, they are there to provide suggestions. Fantastic atmosphere and community! I have been going here since they opened in 2019 and I absolutely love every instructor and have enjoyed every workout I’ve ever been to. Cherie is the heartbeat of the place and it is always clean, welcoming, and festive! I highly recommend this place for a hard but fun workout that is different every class! 💚
