SPENGA is one of the most fun and challenging workouts I have done in a long time! I recently moved to the Milwaukee area and the entire team has been welcoming, supportive and encouraging! I could not recommend this workout enough because it just makes sense! I would recommend this class to anyone and in fact I hope you convince some of my colleagues to try it with me! Thank you SPENGA team!!

Best compact workout. Spin 20 minutes strength 20min yoga 20 mins Fun. Fast and Friendly. Like a family

I love this place. Spenga is for everyone. I am 70+ and enjoy the spin class because it gets me moving in the morning , then off to strength to work those ageing muscles, end with relaxing Yoga. I try 3 times a week and always feel renewed when I leave. Thanks to all the A+. instructors who care and help you achieve your goals. Spenga Brookfield rocks!

The best gym! If you are looking for a non-judgmental gym that pushes you to be the best version of you, you have found the right place! I needed a gym that had classes, since I couldn’t hold myself accountable at Planet Fitness! All the trainers are awesome at motivating you to continually push yourself at improving! With reviews after every workout and continual communication (via text and email) SPENGA strives to continually improve itself for their members! You won’t regret trying SPENGA out!
