Not only the BEST workout, but the most amazing + supportive community as well! I love how this forces you to engage with cardio, strength, and yoga; even if one of them isn't your favorite (yoga for me - but that just reinforces that I need to do it all the more!) It really ensures a well balanced workout and that you get continue to get better in every way. The energy is always high, whether its 6:30 AM or 6 PM. Couldn't be more grateful for the workout or the people who lead them :)
The workout was excellent and the staff was so accommodating, especially since I was late to the class. They took the time throughout the class to help me out since it was my first time there. I can't recommend this enough!
I absolutely love SPENGA! Everyone here is so welcoming and supportive. Even though it’s a small group class, it truly feels like personal training , instructors pay attention to your form, motivate you and push you just the right amount. The energy is always great and I leave every class feeling stronger and refreshed. Highly recommend
LOVE Spenga Brookfield! I can’t say enough good things about this place. All the instructors bring so much energy and enthusiasm, I genuinely look forward to my workouts!!
