Coming to Spenga has been life changing for me! It’s so much fun and all of the instructors are so friendly and very engaging. I highly recommend to anyone!!

By far my favorite gym I have ever been to. I felt welcome from day one and this has been the only workout that I have been able to stay consistent with. Highly recommend.
So happy I found this place in Boca. The facility and equipment are maintained well and clean. The instructors are top notch and super friendly. Tom the manager, is hands on and ready to answer all questions. Cannot recommend SPENGA enough for your spin and strength workout needs. Edit: May 10, 2024 Instructor Sam slays there. If you have a chance go take a class with her! You’ll love it!!
I can’t say enough good things about spenga. It is the best workout! All the instructors are encouraging and are always pushing me to reach my fitness goals
