Traveling alone, with no fixed abode and therefore minimal tools and no neighbours offering assistance, I walked into reception asking for help with a small unusual job. The receptionist was welcoming and attentive. She listened, passed on my request and the job was sorted on the spot (although I would have happily come back later). Another guy in the office took the time to demonstrate and provide tips on how to get the best use out of the vehicle equipment they had adjusted for me, without any references to me being female... read more
