Great service for my service! Thanks to the team at JES for the quick, comprehensive and reasonably priced service of my Kia. Jade was lovely to deal with.
Jade was super helpful over the phone before we even went in was about to give us some ideas about the issues and when that didn’t work was able to get us booked in quickly. While there the customer service was amazing and they were able to diagnose our issue and gave us solutions. Will be definitely be going to them in the future!
Jade and the team at JES looked after me with a level of service and professionalism that I haven't experienced in a long time. They provided me a clear understanding of the work that was required prior to initiating repairs, then completed the work in the timeframe that they had estimated. Highly recommend, thanks team!
