I'm a full-time RVer. I caught a bug on the bed of my RV, put it in a bag, and took a picture of it. I had called quite a few pest control places and they all said it was a termite that had come into the RV from the spring swarm and that I shouldn't be worried. Spence took one look at the photo and told me I had a powder post beetle problem. I highly recommend Spence's! We've been using them for a little over a year now, and they have helped us out immensely. They are quick to respond if we ever need a treatment outside of their scheduled quarterly visits. Their exterminators are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to suggest helpful ways to keep the bugs at bay. Kid and pet friendly, too!
