Purchased a new Microwave and had it installed. Lots of product to choose from. They were knowledgeable in helping me choose which one to purchase. Installed in a couple of days. The installer was fast and very good. Had to fix the mess the last installer left.
FLAWLESS! I have shopped and bought at Spencers for years and today I had a Maytag washer delivered on time with the BEST delivery team ever!!!! Priced matched with the lowest price in Phoenix immediately when I bought it. I have NEVER had any problems with Spencers. They are like family to me and they will get my business on future purchases; thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I didnt get a discount or payment for this review....its just my honest opinion!

Have put off buying new dishwasher and king-size mattress, because have been burdened by having to deal with sales people—not always a good experience. We purchased a GE Washer and Dryer from Spencer's and we loved them. Great service, the sales rep was nice (you get your rep assigned to you when you walk in, so you are usually stuck with who is up next unless you come specifically for a rep you like). The GE Warranty came in handy, so we used it, and we never purchased an extended warranty and have used GE for all our service and we are happy. Then we purchased a GE dishwasher and we like it, too. I purchased a refrigerator from Tatum location from Jeff. I took careful precautions in measuring the area in the kitchen, access for delivery, and pictures for the sales team. Jeff the sales man lied to me and said that the larger refrigerator would fit and only stick out about three inches from counter. After installation the refrigerator stuck out eight inches! Everything was easy from shopping through delivery! Jordan was very knowledgeable and the prices were better than Home Depot and Lowe's. The had my washer and dryer installed less than 24hours after I bought them!
Enjoyed the entire experience of selecting a dishwasher from the Spencer Arrowhead store. Salesperson was knowledgeable, prices were reasonable and installation and delivery was within 24 hours. Manny the installer was friendly, professional and efficient.. Did an excellent job. Highly recommend Spencer for all your appliances needs.
