Our salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional all in a no pressure atmosphere. The delivery guy, not so much. I paid to haul away my old appliance, he didn't want to take it. He even made an unnecessary comment. The range was installed crooked and although level, one of the leveling legs was not touching the ground. Overall Spencers was great but the delivery was not up to par.
I bought a Whirlpool washer/dryer set from Spencer's two days ago and have been plagued by toxic fumes coming from the appliances. I have washed them over and over again with vinegar and water, run several loads, but nothing stops the toxic odors. Has anyone else had this experience? I am waiting for a call from Spencers to see what they will do about this.
No issues our salesman Gary was professional,informative and was awesome thru entire buying process it was easiest thing I had done all week. Would not hesitate to recommend and will be purchasing more appliances as needed in the future
We were in the market for a refrigerator and the only store open Thursday Evening was Spencer’s TV & Appliance. Dominick at Spencer’s was professional and knowledgeable about the variety of refrigerators in the showroom. We ended up buying a nice refrigerator for a good price and we plan on returning for an adjustable bed.
Due to the virus I ordered over the phone after being upset with Home Depot the salesperson was very nice and took my order and scheduled delivery. The gentleman that delivered and installed microwave was great and very professional I will definitely buy again

Delivery very next day , prompt, worked hard to get my large unit up steps & thru narrow door so this was appreciated very much. Prices & quality outstanding. My wife and did a complete remodel of our townhome and needed all new appliances. We were so impressed with the selection, quality, price and service. Our salesman, DJ and the staff at Spencers went way above and beyond our expectations when our refrigerator was back ordered by making sure everything worked out seamlessly. They delivered on time and everything was professionally installed. We couldn’t be happier! I will add photos soon.
My experience was very positive, dealt with Joel Zamora by the internet, he was extremely helpful, giving me all the information I needed rapidly. I ordered the washer and dryer without leaving my home and it was delivered the next day as scheduled. The delivery men were very speedy and neat with the exception that one of the guys tested the washer, leaving the instruction manual inside so, have some drying out to do.
Sales representative was knowledgable , patient and courteous. The delivery men were excellent, efficiencent and courteous.
