I gave 2 stars because I didn't even use this plumbing co.and their techs COULD be great, but while on the search for one I was immediately turned off by the rude and unprofessional tone of the lady who answered the phone. She dismissed our issue at first as something they couldn't do but I believe I didn't explain it well. My husband then reiterated it to her and she said they were slammed and couldn't come out for about 3 days. I get it, but her attitude was literally oozing from my phone for no reason lol. They were recommended by a friend , had them out for a water heater issue expecting they’d want to replace it , lo and behold they were able to fix it at a fraction of the cost , great communications, on time , in and out on to the next call.Left the work area spotless ! Honest , hard working !!
