I chose Spencers for my contractor based on Anthony. He is experienced, smart, talented, good communicator, passionate about his business and forthright. Unfortunately, I got Jesse as my project manager. Everything that Anthony is, Jesse is not. It doesnt appear he cares about his work. I am more satisfied with the end result than not because of Anthony, but the process was very long, frustrating and difficult.
