these guys are great. good work, best prices around. farm bureau made me get three estimates. i went to blacksburg, roanoke and here. they had the best price. and since i live in the county i got to keep my money in the county which always pleases me. on several occasions now made my car and my truck look like i hadnt hit bambi and bambis mother and some of bambis other relatives. set me up with a rental right at the shop. have even given me a ride home while i waited for the rental one time and then had the rental come to m... read more
I have used this shop many times and have been very pleased with the work done and the customer service received. They made everything so easy, by handling the entire claim and arranging a rental for me right from the shop. The owner is a Floyd native-creating a very sincere care for his customers. Very professional, superior body, paint and frame work. I would certainly use them again and highly reccommend them!
Overpriced and incompetent. The aesthetics are suitable but their are many other shops in the area (40-50 mile radius) that offer a better value.
