Very poor experience. Quotes one thing after detailed explanation to get you there than changes the quote and blames the customer. Doesn’t seem to have a tone of knowledge on anything. Wants you to leave it there with no idea what he is going to charge you other than indicating the bill would snowball. Then requires massive deposits at the last minute. Overall very poor communication and hard to deal with but the biggest red flag was the deposit.
We needed a repair to the sliding door of our accessible van. Spencer was very easy to communicate with, the staff we met were very friendly, the price was fair and the team was very quick. They also went above and beyond to learn how the unique mechanisms of the door and ramp worked to ensure it was properly repaired (rather than passing us off to get those components repaired at a specialized shop). We will definitely come back for any needed repairs in the future and highly recommend!

I recently had my Dodge Charger in the shop to repair a dent as well as touch up a few rock chips. Laure did an amazing job. My car looks like new. Great work, great price and great service. Thanks again Laure 😊
