I had a last-minute, unexpected issue with my car, and Spencer's was able to see me in less than 24 hours and took care of the problem! I asked if they could take a further look to see if I needed anything in the near future. I now have a follow-up appointment and they were less expensive than I thought! Spenser has worked on mine and my wife's trucks for several years now. He and his workers are great, my truck has been a pain to diagnose at times and unfortunately not all electronic parts have done well - but Spenser has replaced several under warranty work, and had to deal with several different vendors, to get parts replaced at cost - which he has installed at his expense. I plan to deal with Spenser for years to come - although he might just be rolling his eyes at me saying that!
