Spencer was great. Better than great. He drove us around all day two days in a row. He listened to our wants, needs, and dealbreakers. He gave us a tour all through town, and a little outside a bit, and was so patient. He also wasn’t bad to be around. He was funny, creative, outgoing, but also professional, tactful, and well spoken. Working with Spencer Southey was a great experience. He made our trip to Idaho a streamlined experience by providing all the necessary information for a scouting trip to Boise. His general knowledge of the area was on point and reliable. It made our exploration of the area much more enjoyable, practical and productive.
