We worked with Spencer & Sons for a home addition for an office and extended master closet, and then a master closet/bath gut and remodel to make it all the bathroom. Overall, we are very happy with the overall end result. The entire Spencer & Son team was great to work with through out the entire process. They took our vision and really brought it to light! Really appreciate everything they did and would use them again for any project.
Two no show installation dates. The first cancellation was through email and I called the second day of install to get an estimated time of arrival for them to say they are sorry they dropped the ball again. Stated that we were a small job for them with no regard to try to get us back on schedule due to larger jobs.
We were very happy with our powder room remodel. SpencerandSons was professional and transparent. Our project was completed in the time promised and with no surprises! Looking forward to working with John, Niles, Melissa and Amber on our next remodel project.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with this company! Everything went smooth was done to the highest quality and promptly! Would highly recommend to anyone.
