OMG. Worst bank experience ever at the Spencer bank in Nutley, especially from the woman working Saturday with the long blonde hair, possibly a manager. Perhaps something bad happened to her and she was taking it out on us, or perhaps she is just in a profession that she just does not enjoy. Either way, I recommend staying away from or taking your money out of this bank and going elsewhere. If you’re reading this review, please heed my warning and stay away from Spencer's Saving Banks. From inception, I was treated horribly by the assistant branch manager, Millicent - Nutley location. Additionally, I was treated poorly by her own boss, the marketing manager. I believe her boss’ name is Rona Marcello, or something that sounds similar.
