If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. Until fall of 2023, I'd have given him ten stars because he had been extremely helpful and informative in all our insurance needs. UNTIL last fall when he "forgot" to update our information and our policies were canceled. Even after phone conversations with him guaranteeing he would get it updated prior to the cancelation date. He informed me he was going through some personal issues, another divorce (2nd or 3rd) due to his infidelity and drinking problem. I listened at the time... read more
