We recently had Spencers Roofing come out to fix a hole in our house, and I truly can’t say enough good things about them. They were fair, kind, and honest from start to finish. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the repair was done right. Eric (the owner) handled my roof project personally and was beyond professional from start to finish. He suggested adding a ridge vent for better ventilation, and I can already feel the difference — my house is noticeably cooler with the new metal roof.
