Tom and the whole team are great!
Live this company. If it’s not right they will make it right. Did exactly what they said they would do (repair roof leak and replace sky lights). Rose in the office is lovely and responsive. Tom Spencer personally came out twice to give Estimate and review the work. Highly recommend.
From the time of my original roof replacement quote to the final walkthrough, Spencer Roofing was the best! The price was very reasonable. Rose is an excellent communicator. Having human interaction these days is getting more and more rare, and Spencer Roofing was always responsive. Elizando, Josh, and their respective teams replaced the old roof very efficiently. Tom and Spencer Roofing can be counted on for your roofing needs!
Spencer Roofing LLC did an awesome job on my flat roof replacement. They used a Polyglass USA system (no tar) which comes with a 15-yr warranty. The whole crew was on-time, did a thorough job, and cleaned up after each visit. I highly recommend Tom Spencer and his crew; I'm very pleased with the professionalism of this company!
Spencer Roofing did my roof (elastomeric coated) inspection and the necessary work post-inspection. The whole team was respectful and patient with me as a new home owner. I was notified prior to work beginning, workers rang my doorbell when on site to alert me when they were starting and finishing labor, and upon request photos were taken of the completed work and explained to me. I would recommend this company and will call them for future roof needs.
