Dr Basma- you are the absolute BEST doctor you deserve 5 star:) However, I have to point out that the reception team can be extremely rude at times. On my last attempt to book an appointment for an OTP, the receptionist made an uncalled-for remark about the number of my phone appointments. Good clinic and service actually. No need to worry about the low rating.
Made an appointment with the dietician under government care plan,was told it would be bulk billed waited a month for the appointment, only to be told they wouldnt bulk bill as i only had carers pension not aged pension, very disappointed, wouldnt go back there. Aged 68years old and defintely age pension age.
