Dr Kiran Urs is the worst and laziest doctor. He rushes you through your appointment. Seems to me he just wants you out and get his money for the appointment.
Posting for a friend: Don't go to dr. Rakesh whatever you do, told them their condition was all in their head instead of listening to a single thing they said, we then went to urgent care because she had experienced the issue for two weeks longer than is recommended and urgent care confirmed what the condition my friend had suspected. Waiting it out or not doing anything wouldn't have done anything. I saw Dr Mohamad Mian-Rehan for a severe issue with my eyes after more than a year of appointments with other GPs and trying a whole heap of different medicines, dr Mohamad prescribed me an eye drop which cleared it in less than 3 days. So grateful for the appointment and his expertise.
Went in with swollen finger. Charged me $80.00 for 5mins consult to get told "if it gets any worse then come back..... ppffft
Dr Basma- you are the absolute BEST doctor you deserve 5 star:) However, I have to point out that the reception team can be extremely rude at times. On my last attempt to book an appointment for an OTP, the receptionist made an uncalled-for remark about the number of my phone appointments. This was not only unnecessary but also completely inappropriate!!! —my care plan and follow-up appointments are between myself and my doctor, and certainly not the receptionist’s place to comment on.
