Can’t say enough good things about Spencer Renovations. Paul and his team recently completed a major renovation on our house and did an amazing job! When we started the hunt for a contractor, we got 3 different quotes. One was way too expensive and one was way too cheap. Paul did an excellent job installing a plywood floor in my attic for extra storage of plastic bins full of Xmas decorations and framed photos collected over 40 years. Very professional and productive. Paul never stopped from start to finish. My wife and I are very happy with his work.

Update-December 2025 Since our original work with Spencer Renovations five years ago, we have gone on to work with them again on many projects, including the following: -building a huge new deck -building a custom walk-in fenced raised garden structure -an entire kitchen remodel, which included reorganizing the space entirely and creating an island which did not previously exist. -turning our old reach-in closet into a large walk-in closet -remodeling the kids' bathroom in a project which turned one original bathroom and a h... read more

Paul and all of his crew and sub contractors were exceptional; their professionalism is outstanding. There was positive collaboration during the project. He listened to our ideas and provided positive input during the job. His workmanship was outstanding and each sub took meticulous measurements throughout each step of the process making the final product magazine worthy. Paul and his guys did an outstanding job. He helped us design a covered patio and a pergola over an outdoor fireplace patio. His team are very skilled and hard workers. Paul cares that the construction is done right. We are very pleased with the outcome. His work was on time and on budget.
