Our experience with Spencer Renovations was so satisfying. Paul and his small staff did outstanding work for us. The work included painting, new closet doors and shelves especially built to fit. An extra job of assembling a large patio umbrella was difficult, but the two men assigned to this project continued the work until completed. If the schedule needed changing, we were notified immediately. Each of the employees was friendly and professional. We are extremely grateful to these folks for taking such good care of us.

Paul aka Spencer Renovations saved a structure I thought I had to demolish. Not only did he save the structure, his recommendations enhanced the stability and appearance. Work was timely and communications was easy. Paul is a true specialist in construction and he does not cut corners. Any work that was subcontracted, he was available on site to ensure everything was done correctly. If it wasn’t, he had them redo it till it was done right. I highly recommend him for your project.
