Dr. Spencer and her team are dedicated to providing quality mental health care to the community. In addition to providing care, Dr. Spencer generously helps other providers in the community navigate a very complicated mental health insurance system. I would highly recommend Spencer Psychology.
Lemme try again. Billed me 3 months after my last appointment and gave me last than 24 hours to pay. Say it’s your responsibility to change insurance, however you check in on an iPad never interact with anyone than your therapist. How is it my responsibility when I’m seeing you for mental health therapy/help. Making it hard to afford help. Heard they’re #trumpt2025
I’ve had a wonderful experience with Spencer Psychology. I’ve been seeing my therapist for about a year, and I have no complaints. It was very easy to get set up as a patient and there were no waitlists! Highly recommend.
The therapists and staff really care about their clients.
Would not recommend due to the $100 cancellation policy. You're better off getting self help from YouTube than from this place. Naomi is the person I saw there.
