Customer service was great and everyone was friendly, but I’m disappointed with the quality. I got my nails done on Friday 5/1/26 and by Monday 5/4/26, two gems had already fallen off. For $150, I expected them to last much longer. Updating my review as of Tuesday 5/5/26: After my initial experience, the manager Devin reached out to me and was absolutely amazing.
