Very friendly and helpful staff
I bought a cx30 here for nearly 3 months, and the 3-month dealer warranty period has not yet expired. And my car's battery was damaged and I couldn't go to the dealer to fix it, but the service didn't support me. I had to replace a new battery myself (385$), really disappointed when buying a car here.
BUNBURY MAZDA HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 50 YEARS. THE MAN HIMSELF BARRY RULE IS THE MOST TRUSTED DEALER IN AUSTRALIA. HIS STAFF WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY. THE CARS ARE MAINTAINED AT THE HIGHEST QUALITY IF YOU ARE NEW TO BUNBURY AND WANT A CAR .WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY ...THIS IS THE PLACE.. I AM WRITING THIS AS I HAVE TALKED TO MANY OF BARRY'S CUSTOMERS OF THE YEARS AND ALL SPEAK HIGHLY OF HIM AND BUNBURY MAZDA. YOU WILL NOT FIND ANY BETTER ANY WHERE.
Very disappointed with this Mazda service centre. Sent my car in on 7 January for diagnostic. Then, I called on 12 January and booked my Mazda 3 BP for a drive belt replacement on 20 January and again on 27 January. Both times I handed in my car, only to be told hours later the part wasn’t available. No prior notice, no accountability — just “shipping issues” and “out of our control”. 3 visits just to get the belts change? Yeah, you can’t control the shipment but you can control my booking date.
