Not even worth 1 star !! Went to Spencer Motors to look at possibly purchasing a new Mitsubishi and were treat like a piece of crap by Salesman Vito Porta. Looked at a few "Mitsubs" and he treated us as if we new nothing about vehicles although the technology has change a lot with vehicles. After looking and asking questions we realised we were dealing with a Rude and Arrogant Salesman. Vito was asked for some Vehicle Quotes and we were told in no uncertain terms "No I will give you a quote unless you intend to buy now". If ... read more

I think the word "useless" describes this service centre quite well. it is mind blowing that businesses like this still exist. Anyway, when you know more than the service manager of a specific topic, then it's probably a good indicator to stay away. I bet they're good at selling vehicles BUT don't expect any aftersales service once you've purchased a vehicle from them.
Very rude & argumentative sales people I walked out straight away & bought a new car at Northpoint Hyundai instead
Spencer motors are the biggest scammers ever they charged me $750 for a routine service and an extra $210 for a radiator diagnosis then an extra $300 for an engine flush ended up costing me $1300 and after I left the lot every time my car is in idle the engine oil light comes on the biggest dodgiest scamming place ever don’t ever go there ever.
