Extremely frustrating experience. Spencers Motors have my phone number incorrectly saved under someone else’s file, and I keep getting contacted about a car that has nothing to do with me — including being sent the vehicle’s plate number. I’ve called asking them to remove my number from that lady’s file, yet the calls keep coming. To make things worse, they then told me they don’t even know who she is!!!
