I had my heirloom ring repaired here after inheriting it. It wasn't an expensive ring, but the team here treated it like it was the Koh-I-Noor diamond from the Crown jewels. I came to Spencer Morgan particularly as I didn't want the item being posted out to some warehouse and potentially lost.
