Came to my home and was going to change out my thermostat for AC unit. Mr Spencer took the unit off the wall and got confused with the order of the wires. He installed a new thermostat that he was having trouble to wire correctly. Me Spencer then apparently shorted out the transformer for the air conditioning unit. Mr Spencer then took the thermostat off the wall and left the wires sticking out in the hall and said. “ I have other calls today. Love Mr. Spencer! Our first interaction with him was in the middle of last summer (2018). Our AC stopped working, it was over 100 outside and we have small children as well as someone with really bad breathing/lung problems. We had called several places and no one could get to us until 2 or 3 days later. Called Spencer Mechanical and he was at our house within 2 hours and had us up and running about an hour later.
