I had saw Dr. Stein on August 6th, and was informed that Monovisc would be ordered for me and to allow three weeks for the arrival of the medication to come in. It’s now September 12th, a month later and I am still being given the same answers with constant run arounds . The insurance company approved the Monovisc on August 17th. I honestly don’t know when it happened, but Doctors today either just don’t care, and are not listening to their patients. Great doctor, helped with both my acl surgeries. Both knees feel back to 100%.
Dr. Stein was amazing, the staff were also very helpful.
Dr. Stein was extremely helpful, bedside manner was great and the appointment occurred quickly..no wait time luckily. He had several suggestions to help fix the issue. Recommended PT as I wanted to stay Away from surgery and had a great follow up as well to make sure things were going according to schedule. 10/10 I would recommend. The office space is nice too!
