Dr Land lied to my face about having retrograde ejaculation after having green light lazer treatment 3 times. Gentleman please get a second opinion before letting him touch you. Thanks for ruining my life Spencer. Turn about us fair play. Sleep with one eye open I'm coming for you liar!
I'd like to know where is Dr Land now? He removed one of my kidneys in Feb 21 but neglected to remove the adjacent inflamed lymph node. Now I am left in the dark as to whether or not my cancer spread. I will now be subjected to tests and a needle biopsy that wouldn't have been necessary if he had done his job as we discussed prior to surgery. I saw him in Naples FL but he left his position at Advanced Urology shortly after my surgery. If anyone knows where he is now please let me know.

Do not trust this lying quack. Get a second opinion before he wrecks your life. Research research reaserch. He's in it for the money not to help people out.
Absolutely low class operation. Had an appointment that I called to have verified earlier, they call an hour and a half before to say he won't be able to make it because he is at another location... I say it is an emergency... dumb sounding assistant say, without care, either call to reschedule or go to an emergency room. Thanks! Had an appointment a year ago, was OK, but this was quite a sad experience for me to ever continue with as a client.
