See below for original issue: Have tried to work with this law firm on multiple occasions. John Spencer is never available and never returns calls. It's probably because there is no big payday on the other end. But if you can't or won't do a title transfer, then dont say you will. Or even that you will call back. John is very sincere, honest and helpful!
My wife recently lost a parent and we had a lot of questions and no answers, like most people that lose a parent unexpectedly we had no idea where to start.
