I recently reached out to Joseph Spencer for legal guidance, and I was genuinely shocked by how rude and unprofessional he was. I was recommended by another attorney because Mr. Joe Spencer is the best. Well I beg to differ with that statement. I was told that I needed to give a $5,000 retainer, paid the 5K, but then I was told later that I needed to give another $20,000, I was overwhelmed with how much I had to pay out. I managed to pay another $5,000, but that was not enough even after we agreed to do a payment plan, but unfortunately without a job and not being able to acquire a loan for the rest of the payment.
