The guy was a straight up pri**, he flicked me with the hemorrhoid bands and asked "does that hurt?", it didn't but I guess he got what was coming to him, he was intoxicated and his truck rolled over on top of him as he was ejected.
All of the doctors and PA’s are knowledgeable and well educated! They are great to work with and I never had a question that was left unanswered. I feel comfortable working with the PA’s when a doctor is unable to get me in. Some of the greatest doctors and PA’s I’ve ever worked with! Spencer was able to diagnose a problem that I had been having for a few years, and all the other practices I went to couldn’t ever figure it out. He did! I would recommend UDHI for all of your GI needs!
I went to my first appointment and left full of hope. At my follow-up he told me to see someone else and there was nothing he could do for me. I really felt like he didn't have enough time and hurried off to see the next patient. On a personal level, Hibbert is a great guy, but apparently doesn't like a challenging case.
He listened well to my concerns and took the time to properly evaluate my circumstances. He also showed compassion and professionalism. The recommendations and medication Dr. Hibbert prescribed me is already working after one day.
Spencer was rude, made me feel like a complete idiot when asking questions. He made me feel bad asking about my condition, made me feel bad asking about side effects. I felt like an idiot for the 6 minutes that he saw me. Once I have my scope, I will find a different person to see. Not sure why he even practices medicine. He really made me feel like I was simply a CO-PAY.
This provider was dismissive and rude.
Spencer Hibbert is very unprofessional, rude, talked over me, and was condescending. He shouted at me. He asked me if I wanted for him to just 'start taking parts' when I was answering a question, documented in my chart that I requested for certain organs to be removed.He would not take my explanations from other doctors as I was trying to explain my history, and we got into an argument where he ended up refusing me care. The staff is worse and backed Hibbert regardless of his actions.
I think he is a very competent in his field, but a little condescending. He did spend a great deal of time with me. However, I felt bad about myself as I left the office as though my condition were all my fault.
