They charged me $588 to put a used part in my furnace and then recommended that I buy a brand new furnace. Red flag…. when the service tech knows how the payments and payment plans work. I had Al Michaels from A-1 Heating came out and he said I did not need a new furnace yet. That was two winters ago and he has been right.
The Spencer service man was very informative and professional. He was in and out in an orderly fashion. I would definitely use Spencer in the future.
