i witnessed an employee/manager today falsely accuse a person of color of shoplifting today at around 3:00-3:30pm.. he followed them to a different store accompanied by mall security and made them empty their bags, only to find nothing. that is so humiliating and unprofessional. i’ve taken some law classes in my day and i told her that she could have a lawsuit, i hope she follows through with it..
