Horrible customer service my daughter and I were inquiring about a wallet which was damaged. We asked to see if they had a different one which the lady said no. We asked to see if we could get a discount because the item was damaged. She said no it was from the manufacturer and they couldn’t do nothing about it. Went in with one of my friends to get some anime Stuff (and fun time things) and we were followed the entire time, we were very open and when we went to checkout they asked questions about something I had put back on a different shelf, this old lady then followed me as I showed her where it was then told me I needed to leave the store with my purchase and not come back, so then hovered around the register while my friend payed for something before following her to the door.
